Benefits include: detoxification, increased metabolism, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, sleep, stress management, and relaxation. We provide plenty of towels, robes and relaxing spa music for your comfort. We suggest you bring along with you clean skin a water bottle and a Bluetooth device if you'd to connect to your favorite music or podcast. We recommend that you shower off within one hour of your treatment.
